RE: doctoral research of intelligence community abuses

Dear President Donald Trump,

I ask for your help.

There are two intelligence community members following me around via satellite technology torturing me via cyber technology for unknown reasons. They surveille my brain, spinal cord, hack my wifi, hack my laptop, slow down my computer, slow down anyone's computer I speak to over the phone--testing their customer service patience, and have been shutting down my educational aspirations, social connections, as well as, business ventures, since 9/11.

Can you put an end to their domestic terrorism?

I must caution you, that these two intelligence community members leave at times when their safety is at risk or their identity is at risk, but they always come back to haunt and torture me.

I took a shower and smelled ugly dog scent as I was drying myself off. It was the most disgusting smell considering dogs always smell.
