    I am hearing a lot of voices by an African American female intelligence speech along with Caucasian male in his 50s or older. They both were helping me defend against Lunatic Mental Case and Crackhead, but have suddenly just irritate me with constant talking, bickering. I am trying to work on an extension and/or appeal to Unum long-term disability. However, I keep hearing these voices in the Northwest wall of my bedroom. If I think followed by rethink they start bickering pretending to not recognize that I have a disability, which is all of them; yet, their voices distract me from thinking or rethinking causing my thought process to delay even more 0600am pst

    Crackhead has been surveilling me from above me on even numbered hours and minutes throughout the day, as well as, night causing me to sleep or take naps. I took a nap between 1pm to 3pm pst. Figure 3 shows how C represents Crackhead using his cyber technology to surveille me causing me to go to sleep, practically controlling my eyes and body. However, Lunatic Mental Case has not been sitting here, rather in the Southeast corner of the bedroom. Lunatic Mental Case is not shown here, because he sometimes moves out of the bedroom into the ether world to watch activities unfold.     Crackhead is tracking my spinal cord via cyber technology after I sent an email to Santa Barbara County Housing Authority expressing my right to public comment. In my email, I expressed dissatisfaction of the Santa Barbara County Housing Authority for having me on their waiting list for over 2 years now. I wrote that they care more about VAWA than placing me into housing. In addition, I feel lack of freedom and safety with spying security guards, which is gender discrimination. Lastly, I feel they are performing familial status discrimination for my individualism.     In the month of July, Lunatic Mental Case left things to Crackhead to manage human rights abuses on me. Lunatic Mental Case sat in the North East corner of my bedroom barely making a movement unless I did something to trigger his reactions. Today, I have regrouped and was about to make some exploratory committee phone calls, but Lunatic Mental Case used software holes as a scapegoat to reappear as if he was somesort of hacker out to destroy my exploratory committee. Lunatic Mental Case has abused his powers to deface, destroy, and dismantle every political activity I pursue, since I moved into this property back in 2005. This is private property and he has sought shelter here without permission except by Fresh DJ who made his presence known after I spoke out at the Santa Maria City Council in defense of my cousin who was shot and killed by police in 2012.

    The other day, I reported a woman from eHarmony to the FBI Criminal Complaint Center after she was challenging me via WhatApp about discussing sex with her or making any attraction comments. I told her I was not looking for a pen pal and that this is the right environment to have such discussions considering it is dating. I hope word goes around about it, because I do not like it when women place that card to me.     I am still unable to pay $0.76 to mail a United States Treasury check made out to me via Physical Address where my mailing address is located. I contacted support and they say it doesn't show on their end that I am even making the request. I keep getting an internal server error.
